If possible try to have your machine sent to a business address.
On residential deliveries, the freight carrier will call the day before to arrange a 2 -hour delivery window.
Machines will not be dropped off unless someone is present to sign. The truck driver
will not
assist in moving your machine. This is a curbside delivery.

the warranty, unless you contact us first to discuss the repair you wish to undertake, and receive our approval in writing.

original shipped working condition
and all original parts must be included and unaltered.
Any unauthorized attempted alterations or repairs to the slot machine or any of its components without the consent of Ohio River Slots void this return policy. The customer will be responsible for sufficient packaging of any returned item. The customer is responsible for any and all return freight costs and insurance.
Once Ohio River Slots receives the returned slot machine, it must pass a full inspection. Final determination of acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of Ohio River Slots.
